To guarantee our high level of quality, various important inspections take place before, during and after the production process. This starts with the strict selection of our suppliers to quality checks on all delivered raw material batches. Quality checks are carried out during the production process, where appearance, weight and microbiology, among other things, are strictly checked! Naturally, the end products are carefully checked before the customer can receive them.

Quality is our top priority, which is firstly reflected in the number of quality employees within our organization. As many as 1 in 9 employees work in our quality department.
Microz carries out 11,000 internal and 550 external analyzes per year. We have more than 1,000 different recipes and approximately 700 raw materials in our range, providing a wide choice of Microz-approved raw materials.
The purchasing department at Microz is together with the QA department. This means there are short lines of communication, which certainly contributes to the quality of the raw materials that are purchased. Good input naturally produces good output.
Placing purchasing within the QA department ensures better control and consistency in the quality of raw materials and packaging. The QA department ensures that all purchased products meet the required requirements and regulations, which is essential in the nutritional supplement industry.
Microz is FSSC 22000 and SKAL certified!
Microz also has various audits per year, from customers, suppliers and organizations such as FSSC 22000 and SKAL.
We have an in-house QC laboratory, where our QC colleagues carry out various checks from start to finish, so that we can guarantee the quality of our product.
As added value, Microz is building its own analytical laboratory.
At the end of 2022 we moved to our renovated production location, a location that can truly be called state of the art!
We work here with new machines and smoothly running production processes. Everything has been thought through in this building, from production areas that meet the highest standards to climate control.
