To secure our high quality standards, a number of important inspections will take place during the production process. This starts with a strict selection of our suppliers. Microz also performs various checks on all incoming goods (e.g. visual checks and standard microbiology), as well as on all outgoing goods (e.g. weight checks and visual checks).

It’s also possible for customers to visit Microz and to see the Microz food safety system in action. Analyses on finished products (e.g. microbiology and chemical analyses), can get arranged. The total package of requested analyses can be defined by our customer.

Microz regularly keeps in touch with universities and knowledge institutes. As a result we are able to anticipate trends and developments.
